Quick and Healthy Treat: Peanut Butter Banana Bites



If you know me well, you must know that I am a huge fan of sweets!! Ice cream, cake, cupcakes, chocolates, candy… Everything!

Since I’ve been trying to eat clean, I decided to check pinterest on recipes that are easy to do and that are guilt-free!



  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter ( You may also use Almond Butter )


  1. Peel Banana and cut into Slices ( about 1/4th inch thick )
  2. Place peanut butter on top of banana slices and cover with other banana slices forming mini sandwiches
  3. Place on a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze for one hour.
  4. Enjoy! 🙂

*You may melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute and dip the banana bites into it and refrigerate to have chocolate covered banana bites.
