If you know me well, you must know that I am a huge fan of sweets!! Ice cream, cake, cupcakes, chocolates, candy… Everything!
Since I’ve been trying to eat clean, I decided to check pinterest on recipes that are easy to do and that are guilt-free!
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter ( You may also use Almond Butter )
- Peel Banana and cut into Slices ( about 1/4th inch thick )
- Place peanut butter on top of banana slices and cover with other banana slices forming mini sandwiches
- Place on a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper and freeze for one hour.
- Enjoy! 🙂
*You may melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute and dip the banana bites into it and refrigerate to have chocolate covered banana bites.
